$155,800.00 - $277,200.00 / yr
United States, Washington, Redmond
Aug 26, 2026
Overview

Commercial Engineering & AI (CEAI) partners closely with stakeholders across MCB to radically transform Microsoft's commercial business into a frontier organization. We unite AI-native engineering, modern platforms, and deep commercial insight to fundamentally rethink how we deliver and support the business-moving beyond traditional reporting toward intelligent, connected experiences that anticipate needs, accelerate decisions, and drive impact at scale.

The Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (BI COE) within CEAI is seeking a bold, visionary leader to spearhead a radical transformation in how our Commercial Business is supported with data and insights. The leader will challenge and rethink in an AI-native way both how we engineer & deliver those insights and data, AND how our sellers and sales leaders consume those insights. Leveraging the latest Microsoft AI stack -including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Cowork, and more-you will simplify and modernize how insights are produced, delivered, and consumed, while keeping data integrity, quality, and consistency central to our mission: the right insight, at the right moment, through one trusted source of truth for Commercial Business decision-making.
