Job Summary Summary: Responsible for controlling the day-to-day operations of the Inventory Control functions, which include performing cycle counts of the warehouse inventory, conducting investigations of suspected out-of-balance items, and making corrections to the inventory based upon that research, coordinating all special processing of inventory, including return to vendor shipments, and performing other related tasks.Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions: -Establish and execute a cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives. -Coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of the various inventory assets. -Investigate, identify, and reconcile cycle count discrepancies, including shortages and overages. -Audit the process, including paper flow errors, and identify inconsistencies that affect inventory accuracy. -Maintain the inventory areas by organizing and ensuring efficient material handling and storage.
