Under general direction, serves as the Passenger Service Office representative for the Staten Island Ferry and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the Lost and Found operation and perform related administrative and customer service duties. Minimum Qualifications Qualification Requirements Preferred Skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills. -Excellent customer service and public-facing communication skills. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to handle multiple assignments. -Bilingual skills are a plus. Residency Requirement New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County.
