This role is hybrid for 4 days onsite in Westlake, TX with one day remote each week.

What You'll Do



  • Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing invaluable market insights, strategic talent recommendations, and clear guidance throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Lead effective intake and consultation conversations that clarify role requirements, success outcomes, and critical hiring priorities.
  • Apply deep knowledge of organizational and functional strategies to influence recruiting approaches and optimize outcomes.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, anticipating demand and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, cutting-edge tools, and innovative outreach strategies to engage prospective candidates effectively.
  • Assess labor market trends, competitive talent dynamics, and employment brand perception to inform and refine recruiting strategies.
  • Apply structured, skills-based assessment methods to rigorously evaluate candidates for role-relevant capabilities, ensuring a fair and objective process.
  • Partner closely with interview teams to promote consistent, fair, and highly effective interviewing practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive interview guides, facilitate productive interview debriefs, and synthesize feedback into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Support inclusive hiring outcomes by ensuring candidate slates reflect a broad range of skills, experiences, and perspectives.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the talent acquisition function, human resources, and the wider business.
  • Deliver a consistently positive, transparent, and respectful experience for all candidates and hiring partners.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in one-on-one and small group settings, adeptly adapting to diverse audiences.
  • Model a collaborative approach by sharing best practices and actively seeking input from others to foster a unified team environment.
  • Apply critical thinking and business understanding to guide decision-making and expertly manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate awareness of risk considerations and support compliant, consistent hiring practices.
  • Take initiative to continuously build expertise in talent acquisition and the industries supported.
  • Informally coach or mentor teammates and contribute to team-level initiatives or projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or retained search environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
  • Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Proficiency with widely used office productivity software.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, talent market analysis, or employment branding concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
