Augusta Pediatrics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Practice Manager to lead operations at our busy pediatric practice in Fishersville, Virginia.
Our practice provides comprehensive primary care services for children and adolescents and also offers specialty pediatric services and behavioral health care. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence. Position Highlights Full-time leadership position in an outpatient pediatric setting Oversight of daily clinic operations, staff management, patient experience, and practice performance Collaborative work environment with pediatric providers, specialists, and behavioral health professionals Opportunity to support a growing, multidisciplinary practice dedicated to serving children and families Practice Hours Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Ideal Candidate Healthcare practice management experience required Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance Commitment to delivering exceptional patient and family-centered care Join a dedicated team focused on providing high-quality pediatric care to our community while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. GENERAL SUMMARY: The Clinic Practice Manager III is responsible for managing the operational, and financial activities within 1 or more ambulatory clinics, that provide complex services within the clinic setting or see high volumes of patients. Works collaboratively with the Lead Provider, Medical Director, Ambulatory Director, CPG/UPG teams and other UVA Health departments, management, faculty and other stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice productivity, fiscal integrity, patient satisfaction and employee engagement. Primary responsibilities include: human resources management, practice business development, daily operational efficiency, effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Ensures the effective, safe and therapeutic patient care services meet established regulations and guidelines. All responsibilities are fulfilled consistent with the mission, vision, and values of UPG and UVA Health. General busy medical office environment.
