Requisition Summary
Seeking an energetic, independent engineer with interest in creating, defining, and launching the next generation ofindustry-leading trucks. As an NVH and Ride Vehicle Performance Test Engineer in the Vehicle Properties andPerformance group, the primary responsibility will be to conduct NVH and Ride testing of existing Peterbilt andcompetitor products, identify opportunities for improvement, and conduct research and development of conceptsand prototypes. The Vehicle Performance Test Engineer will be responsible for quantifying product performance and identifyingopportunities for improvement through baselining current products, benchmarking competitive products, andconducting research and development. Focus will be primarily on the Vehicle Property of NVH and Ride but mayalso include additional responsibilities supporting other assignments of the Vehicle Properties and Performancegroup.
