Associate Director, College and External Recruitment

This position would serve as the primary coordinator of recruitment activities conducted outside of the Office of Recruitment and Admissions, with particular emphasis on academic college recruitment teams and campus partners and the Alumni Association.

Recruitment and Admissions promotes student success by engaging future, new and current students and families with the K-State community in a spirit of inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence.

This position is On-site.

All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Nine years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience in higher education recruitment and admissions, student affairs
• other relevant educational experiences
