Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Monday thru Friday 12pm-830pm with every third weekend rotation. You will work at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

The ideal person will be a critical thinker, able to problem solve on the spot while delegating tasks to team members and managing workflows. Excellent time management and communication skills are a must! This position also helps train staff, so the ability to coach while adapting to others' learning styles is key.

We are seeking a Culinary Services Lead to:
* Provide exemplary customer service while working with patients, visitors, and other staff members.
* Follow all UW Health guidelines and policies regarding food safety and sanitation.
* Train and orient new staff members.
* Act as an effective leader for the Culinary Services Department and the organization.
Additional components of compensation may include:
* Evening or night shift differential

Education:
Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associates Degree in Culinary, Hospitality or Nutrition.

Work Experience:
Minimum - Three (3) years food service, hospitality, or customer service experience.
Preferred - Six (6) months leadership experience.

Certifications:
Minimum - ServSafe Certification required within 6 months of obtaining position.
