Customer Service Representative *Employment Type:* Open-ended contract with potential for permanent hire based on business needs and performance. Candidates who are identified for future conversion opportunities are eligible for a pay increase after six months.

Responsibilities * Manage service requests and work orders received electronically and by phone. * Verify and qualify customer requests to ensure accuracy. * Coordinate and dispatch purchase orders to technicians, subcontractors, or internal divisions. * Monitor technician check-in and check-out activity. * Provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional customer service. * Maintain accurate documentation and records within multiple computer systems. * Support customers through a high-volume service environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * Previous customer service experience. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working with multiple computer systems simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Preferred Qualifications * Call center experience. * Retail, banking, food service, or hospitality experience. * Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests. Work Environment * Professional office setting with an open cubicle environment. * Business casual dress code (jeans permitted; no athletic shoes). * Supportive and team-oriented culture. * High-volume workload requiring strong multitasking and attention to detail. * Average workload includes approximately 150 inbound calls and 25 outbound calls per day. Schedule & Hours Available schedules include: * Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Friday through Monday, 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Candidates must be committed to their selected schedule prior to starting employment. Training Schedule * Day 1: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM * First 2 weeks: Classroom-based training * Weeks 3-6: Floor shadowing and hands-on training * Standard training hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM After the initial classroom training period, employees may be able to transition to their assigned shift schedule. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
