TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives for* Insurance Accounts* in Troy, MI. No scheduled time off is permitted during the first 6 weeks of employment. *** What You'll Do* * Handle 35-45 inbound calls daily * Assist customers with mortgage or homeowner's insurance inquiries * Support borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions * Document customer interactions while navigating multiple systems ** Qualifications * 1+ year of recent call center experience/Front Desk/Administration * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to type 35+ WPM * Basic computer proficiency * Reliable internet connection and transportation Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
