Aquent is partnering with a major Healthcare company to find a Senior UX Content Designer for a Temporary opportunity. Step into an exciting, high-visibility role within a collaborative UX and product design organization that values creativity, accessibility, and modern innovation. In this position, you will lead content strategy, craft intuitive copy across web, mobile, and chat platforms, and leverage GenAI technology to deliver seamless, human-centered experiences for millions of users.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position)


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the development and execution of content strategy for high-visibility web, mobile, and chat initiatives.
  • Partner with UX Researchers to conduct user interviews, usability tests, and research to identify pain points and inform design decisions.
  • Craft intuitive site copy, navigation terms, explanatory text, and calls to action within visual wireframes and mockups using design tools like Figma.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive copy documents, ensuring all content complies with brand, voice, tone, readability, and state-level accessibility regulations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to define business requirements and communicate conceptual ideas.
  • Contribute to and update the writing style guide to establish language and tone standardization across all product lines.


Requirements & Qualifications



  • 4-6 years of relevant experience writing marketing and explanatory copy for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven experience writing under strict brand, style, voice, and tone guidelines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing for accessibility and adhering to specific reading grade-level standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Writing, Communications, UX, or a related field.
  • Portfolio or work samples showcasing user-centered content design required with submission.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Hands-on experience with UX and content design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or Writer.
  • Experience leveraging GenAI tools and innovative approaches within content creation workflows.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.12-$72.36/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
