Marketing Manager - Web Optimization

As a Marketing Manager - Web Optimization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by transforming insights into action. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Marketing Strategy Development: You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with organizational goals while supporting growth, engagement, and business performance.

• Strategic Direction: You'll guide marketing execution across channels and platforms, ensuring initiatives are focused on meaningful outcomes and measurable results.

• Product & Go-To-Market Leadership: You'll lead product marketing initiatives and create effective go-to-market strategies that support product launches, adoption, and growth opportunities.

• Market Intelligence: You'll conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and strengthen BECU's market position.

• Performance Measurement: You'll establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data and insights to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.

• Optimization & Insights: You'll use analytics, customer behavior patterns, and performance data to identify opportunities for experimentation, testing, and conversion improvements.

• Testing & Continuous Improvement: You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to support testing initiatives and use performance insights to inform recommendations and future strategies.

• Campaign Leadership: You'll oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: You'll work closely with teams across product, sales, communications, analytics, digital experiences, design, and operations to drive alignment and successful execution.

• Project Management: You'll manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with quality.

• Budget Stewardship: You'll manage marketing budgets, monitor spending, and deliver accurate financial reporting to support sound business decisions.

• Operational Excellence: You'll help ensure marketing activities remain compliant with applicable regulations, organizational policies, and industry requirements.

• Team Contribution: You'll foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, and strong working relationships while contributing expertise across the marketing organization.

• Stakeholder Engagement: You'll influence decisions, build alignment, and effectively communicate recommendations backed by data, research, and business insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience

• 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or related role

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.

• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), including designing digital testing, personalization, content management, and website optimization efforts

• In-depth experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools measuring all aspects of website visitor journeys

• Project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations

• An in-depth understanding of testing and measurement techniques as it relates to experimental design and valid, repeatable results.

• Understanding of brand management and its relationship to market positioning, marketing strategies, and tactical execution

• Business acumen with the ability to research, analyze, and apply market, competitive, and performance insights to identify and support marketing opportunities

• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence, and negotiation
