Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation. Experience Requirements 6 months of previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, or General Laborer. Experience operating, monitoring, or adjusting manufacturing equipment in a production environment is a plus. Basic experience performing equipment checks and completing production reports preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production concerns. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production goals. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to work safely around production machinery and equipment. Maintain stamina to meet daily production and quality expectations. Job Duties Operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to production machinery to ensure efficient operation and product output. Perform machine setup, routine equipment checks, and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance. Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and production specifications. Accurately complete production records, equipment logs, and required documentation. Follow all workplace safety policies, manufacturing procedures, and quality control guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members with additional production tasks as needed.
