Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $32.00 per hour (Based on Welding Level)

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
• Saturday: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
• Sunday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Looking for Pipe Welder jobs in Houston where your welding skills help build quality products? This opportunity lets you apply your craftsmanship to fabricate, join, and repair metal components while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.

• Previous welding experience required
• Experience with pipe welding preferred
• Ability to pass applicable welding tests
• Experience working safely in an industrial or fabrication environment

• Perform welding, tacking, and fabrication work according to specifications
• Operate grinders and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Follow all shop safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Use hand tools and welding accessories as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
