Schedule:Sunday - Thursday | 11:15 PM - 7:15 AM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical degree, vocational certification, or formal training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and SOPs.
  • Knowledge of cGMP requirements, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing, or similar production environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing, packaging, and processing equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Experience performing preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Advanced troubleshooting skills involving PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC platforms.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, welding, facility maintenance, and equipment installation.
  • Strong root cause analysis (RCA), problem-solving, and continuous improvement experience.
  • Ability to mentor junior technicians and effectively communicate across departments.
  • Experience using CMMS software for work orders, maintenance tracking, and documentation.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of 8 hours or more.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, squat, climb ladders and stairs, work at heights, and enter confined spaces.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling devices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with production equipment and machinery.


Job Duties



  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing, packaging, and facility equipment to maximize uptime and production efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and automation controls.
  • Conduct preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and automated machinery.
  • Complete equipment setups, changeovers, installations, upgrades, and process improvements while maintaining compliance with cGMP standards and SOPs.
  • Utilize root cause analysis to identify failures, implement corrective actions, and improve equipment reliability.
  • Accurately document maintenance activities, work orders, repairs, inspections, and inventory transactions within the CMMS system.
  • Support maintenance team training, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and ensure compliance with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
