Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical school, vocational training, or coursework in electronics, electrical technology, quality assurance, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to compose professional emails and reports.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control, Electronics Testing, Manufacturing Inspection, Quality Assurance, or Production Testing.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, electronics, or regulated production environment preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using electrical test equipment, including multimeters, power supplies, and testing fixtures.
  • Experience performing visual inspections, functional testing, and documenting quality results.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Intermediate knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and product functionality.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and software-based testing environments preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify defects, non-conformities, and performance issues while maintaining quality standards.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn new products, processes, and testing systems.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, and handle products throughout the workday.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, bend, reach, and perform detailed inspection tasks.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, warehouse traffic, and production noise.
  • Strong visual acuity for detailed inspections and the ability to safely identify workplace hazards.


Job Duties



  • Perform visual inspections of finished electronic products to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct functional and electrical testing using approved test procedures, equipment, software tools, and work instructions.
  • Operate test fixtures, interfaces, multimeters, power supplies, and other testing equipment to confirm product performance and functionality.
  • Read and interpret product specifications, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Accurately document inspection results, testing data, defects, failures, and non-conformances in electronic and physical systems.
  • Support failure analysis, troubleshooting activities, and authorized product rework when required.
  • Maintain compliance with quality procedures, ESD controls, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure products meet all technical and customer requirements while supporting production and packaging operations.
