Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a RIM Operations Systems Manager, curious, structured, and people-focused, to join us in our Regulatory Community Excellence team, based in our Raleigh, NC location.

About the role

You will advance our Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems, supporting their high-impact performance and innovation, with an emphasis on Veeva Vault RIM.

You are going to support RIM system users and turn business needs into system changes, support releases, and make sure our tools stay compliant and easy to use. You will also help bring in smarter ways of working, including automation and AI-enabled features.

Who you'll work with

You will work with system owners and the RIM Operations team. You will partner with IT, Quality, and stakeholders across the business to improve how regulatory work is supported by data and technology, while driving user adoption and compliance with RIM systems.

What you'll do

  • You will support and guide system users by contributing to user guidance and training, managing a shared mailbox, and focusing on change management to help increase adoption and satisfaction.
  • You will support system ownership activities for the RIM toolset, including Veeva Vault RIM, system integrations, authoring tools, and reporting interfaces
  • You will coordinate configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and releases to keep the platform stable and fit for purpose.
  • You will turn operational needs into clear requirements and user stories that teams can build and validate.
  • You will help improve workflows, prepare user acceptance testing, and confirm changes meet quality and compliance needs.
  • You will support data and access governance, validation documents, and audit materials to meet GxP expectations.

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

You will bring several years' experience in Regulatory Operations, RIM, or regulatory systems management in a regulated environment and across global regions.

You will have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM (required).

You will have experience with configuration, releases, testing, and deployments in enterprise systems.

You will understand data integrity and computerized system validation in GxP environments.

You will be experienced working with integrations, vendors, and cross-functional partners to solve issues and improve service levels.

You will be comfortable providing end-user support and providing process and system expertise to guide users to compliant use of regulatory systems.

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $108k-$141k per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
