How you will make an impact The Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Supply Transactions Counsel position is primarily responsible for providing strategic legal advice and transactional support for Halozyme's multiple drug delivery technologies and products by working closely with the Company's supply and manufacturing operations and CDMOs. This individual will be the transactional team lead for and collaborate closely with the business on development, manufacturing, and supply chain matters for the Company's drug delivery technologies and products. This position will work closely with regulatory, quality and engineering teams to evaluate, negotiate, and administer new agreements for supporting the clinical and commercial manufacturing of pharmaceutical products for different drug delivery technologies. This position will also provide legal support for other Halozyme business operations including the potential evaluation and acquisition of new drug delivery technologies. The most likely base pay range for this position is $256,000 to $358,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual's exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
