Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities:



  • Develop activity planning processes and ensure adoption across the business units.
  • Play a lead role in the development of business plans, planning, and budgeting activities.
  • Creation of goals and KPI's for regional and global strategies as set out by senior leadership.
  • Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPI's on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
  • Support in establishing and running operational processes
  • Create material and presentations for team meetings, off-sites and other key events.
  • Oversee and manage internal end-to-end operations of GVI business activities (Coppell (MPC/LPS/eComm), SEV, etc.)
  • Manage all inventory processes related to internal CRN, Refurb, BR, CTC, customer order fulfillment, RMA, aging inventory movements, Issue resolution, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of GVI production at Coppell and SEV, Demand Fulfillment (DF), logistics, and RMA operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MPC, SP, LPS/Warehouse, as well as Sales) to ensure all production targets are met.
  • Manage overall operational efficiencies, KPIs, and Process Improvements for the GVI (CRN & Refurb) category.
  • Perform monthly MTV counts and Semi-Annual Physical Inventory (PI) counts as required.
  • Provide inventory control support (aging and blocked stock).
  • Perform regular risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations and support.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or economics-related subject.
  • Previous experience in a decision making/strategic management role within a large organization.
  • 8-10 years of experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Verbal and written communication skills, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Ability to collaborate with other business units and senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
