Working alongside the RN Manager or Director, you'll help guide nursing practice, staff education, clinical workflow, and day-to-day operations while continuing to provide compassionate care directly to patients and families. To be considered for this Lead Registered Nurse opportunity, you must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with two to five years of pediatric nursing experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong pediatric clinical assessment and triage skills, effective communication, leadership ability, and experience supporting patient and family education within an ambulatory care environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing clinical oversight to nursing and support staff while remaining actively involved in direct patient care, vaccination management, medication coordination, staff education, competency development, and clinical workflow. This position supports a pediatric outpatient practice caring for children with special healthcare needs and medical complexities at Children's Specialized Hospital.
