This is an individual contributor role, on-site at our Fluid Systems Division facility in Elyria, Ohio Position Summary: The Product Portfolio Manager I directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception through the entire life cycle for one or more product lines typically within a single region within a division of a product group. This role is responsible for defining product vision and strategy, owning the product roadmap, discovering and validating user needs, and working cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class products that meet business goals. This role balances customer needs, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution skills to drive product adoption, engagement, and growth. Accountable for driving sales and margin growth of one or more, mid-size product portfolios, typically in divisions (greater than $250 million in annual sales). This role requires strong leadership, drive and ability to guide and influence externally and internally within a matrixed organization. Actively leads cross functional teams including engineering, supply chain, sales and production to manage entire product life cycle and maintain customer satisfaction and business objectives. Tracks key business performance indicators to identify and execute necessary countermeasures to achieving business/market goals to overcome obstacles or changes in market dynamics.
