Job Specifications * Competitive starting wage with higher wages based on past experience. * 12 hour day and night shifts available. Must be flexible with weekly schedule. * Temporary/ seasonal housing available. Qualifications: * Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment. * Subject to long periods of walking and standing. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to walk up and down steep mountain terrain in a variety of winter weather conditions * Sets a standard by being to work on time and when scheduled. * Creates a team environment in order to ensure a quality product. * Provides constructive feedback to crew-members. * Works safety around all equipment including high-pressure air and water. * Safely operates snowmobiles and avoids open terrain when at all possible. * Reports any unsafe instances to a Supervisor. * Maintains a professional attitude and appearance. * Constantly remembers that they are an essential part of the mountain operation and respects other departments. * Demonstrates initiative and versatility. * Has a strong knowledge of the job and can effectively train others. * Mechanical experience and hydraulic knowledge are required. * Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays | |
