APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Lead complex systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation efforts. Provide technical direction on projects, coordinate development activities, and oversee the work of less experienced engineers. Develop and review technical and functional specifications, test plans, system documentation, and project assessments. Collaborate with development, operations, technology teams, clients, and vendors throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical analysis through user acceptance testing. Evaluate technologies, processes, and vendor solutions while recommending improvements that strengthen application performance, efficiency, and business outcomes. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6 years systems analysis/application development experience. Minimum of 8 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units Minimum of 8 years of experience in recommending and implementing system solutions. Minimum of 8 years of experience with driving project milestones and delivery dates. Minimum of 8 years of experience in presenting to the target audience. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, concurrency, testing, performance tuning, mentoring Minimum of 8 years of experience in Azure cloud development, integration, security, observability, resiliency, CI/CD, IaC Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise APIs and SaaS migration: OAuth 2.0, retries, idempotency, validation, reconciliation What Sets You Apart: Associates Degree Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms. Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software. Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature. Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented. Strong lateral thinking skills. Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective. Good understanding of the Bank's application framework. Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported. Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications. Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects. Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
