Overview: The Food Runner provides quality service that exceeds Guest expectations by proactively embracing service standards. Responsibilities: * Bring food from the kitchen to tables to support the servers. * Assist servers during meal period. * Must have knowledge of all menu items. * Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner. * Assist the server with busing tables. * Assisting servers in any capacity to ensure guest satisfaction. * Inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform the server or manager. * Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or management including side work responsibilities. Qualifications: * Must be able to lift 25 lbs. * Ability to clearly communicate verbally with guests, management and co-workers. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Must be able to multitask. * Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift. * Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25lbs without assistance. * Must be able to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Must be to successfully complete ServSafe and TIPS (Alcohol Certification).
