Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist Location: Birmingham, AL (on-site) Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Birmingham, AL \| On-Site \| Full-Time Build the brand. Drive the strategy. Make an impact. Our client is a growing commercial HVAC representative company in Birmingham, AL, looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to take ownership of its marketing efforts and help build the company's brand presence from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organized marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to have a direct impact on a growing organization. What You'll Do Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy and initiatives Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising Create marketing materials, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional content Support lead generation efforts and track campaign performance Maintain and organize customer and prospect databases Partner closely with the sales team to develop materials and campaigns that support business development Coordinate trade shows, events, promotions, and other industry marketing initiatives Manage outside vendors, agencies, and marketing partners as needed Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness Track key marketing metrics and provide reporting on campaign performance What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 5+ years of marketing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms/tools Why This Opportunity?
