Pay: $25 - $32 per hour + A shift premium

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical systems, or a related field is a plus.
Experience Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial production equipment preferred.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance (PM), equipment repairs, and machine troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work overtime, on-call schedules, and occasional travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience with maintenance inventory systems and work order tracking preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to fabricate, modify, and assemble equipment or components to improve production efficiency.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, industrial controls, and automated production systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production teams and supervisors.
- Commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines and maintenance disciplines.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to kneel, squat, bend, climb, reach, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors while maintaining equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Job Duties
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and process-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production.
- Recommend equipment improvements and assist with maintenance documentation and project planning.
- Fabricate, modify, install, and assemble mechanical, electrical, and industrial control system components.
- Maintain equipment, buildings, grounds, and facility infrastructure.
- Support maintenance inventory management by tracking parts, materials, and supplies.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize maintenance tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
- Collaborate with production personnel to maintain equipment reliability and production efficiency.
- Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-train on production equipment and perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.
