Per Diem/Evenings (As Needed)

Spring Harbor Hospital is currently seeking a Per Diem House Supervisor (RN) - Behavioral Health to assume clinical and administrative responsibility for the hospital during specific assigned hours. As the senior leader on duty, the House Supervisor allocates resources of the hospital and directs the care of patients as an extension of the senior leadership team and safety officer.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certification RN-BC preferred.
  • Experience: Five years of relevant experience preferred, experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. One year experience of medical surgical clinical experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $50.46to $68.26 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
