Description

    Building and maintaining a data bus and echo system that enables the exchange, analysis, and storage of data from various data producers within the DODIN-N
    • The environments utilize the Navy's Microsoft Azure Cloud and AWS Cloud environments
  • Providing Data Analysis and Data Scientist expert support through executing work as part of an integrated Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) scrum team
  • Supporting DevOps and DevSecOps in automation and testing
  • Representing the company as a prime technical customer contact for engineering and technical issues or questions
  • Developing and delivering complex technical presentations to senior management and DoD customers
  • Attending and representing the company in high level meetings with the customer, vendors, and/or subcontractors
  • 15% CONUS travel required

Requirements

  • Bachelor of science degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or IT and work-related experience in any/all data science/engineering/cloud networking/AI/ML
  • Network engineering, architecture, and/or Cloud experience
  • Understanding of Azure and AWS Cloud data management and engineering best practices
  • Experience with AI/ML engineering (Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok)
  • Experience with an agile framework functioning in a continuous deployment environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Documentation, Presentations, etc.)
  • SW application development experience (e.g., Python, other scripting languages)
  • Critical thinker and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Team first player
