Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician support commercial and industrial projects, including data centers, schools, hospitals, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other large-scale job sites. Responsibilities: Support daily construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and staging materials Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various job site tasks Learn and perform basic low-voltage installation support, including pulling cable, labeling, and organizing materials Follow all site safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Use basic hand tools and assist with installation tasks as directed Take direction, receive training, and continue developing construction and technical skills Requirements: Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools Interest in building a long-term career in construction or low-voltage trades Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various job site conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality Why Work with Next Level Technician in Fort Wayne, IN?
