Are you ready to be the architect of success for businesses leveraging powerful CRM platforms? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a team committed to transforming how real estate professionals operate. In this pivotal role, you won't just configure software; you will empower customers, meticulously shape their workflows, and directly contribute to their long-term growth and efficiency. Your expertise will bridge the crucial gap between initial adoption and sustained value, making a tangible impact on how clients achieve their business goals and unlock their full potential with a robust technology stack. This role is instrumental in guiding clients through the successful implementation of powerful CRM platforms. You will be critical in ensuring these tools are not merely adopted, but deeply integrated into clients' daily operations, driving measurable improvements and fostering sustained growth across their business. Key Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding projects from kickoff to administrative systems training, meticulously managing timelines, deliverables, potential risks, and all customer-facing communication.
- Configure and customize the CRM platform, including tools like Follow Up Boss, to precisely align with client business needs, workflows, team structures, and industry-specific requirements, encompassing elements such as workflows, permissions, lead flows, inboxes, and phone numbers.
- Manage integrations and data by facilitating seamless data migrations, imports, and exports, and providing crucial support for integrations with the customer's third-party technology stack (e.g., IDX systems, transaction management products, lead sources, etc.).
- Map out comprehensive system workflows, documenting how all systems and integrations connect to the CRM platform and building essential resources that support the ongoing management of those integrations.
- Train administrative-level users and power users on initial setup, system features, and best practices, ensuring customers fully understand how the implementation work contributes to their goals and long-term value derived from the CRM platform.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless handoffs, clear documentation, and effective feedback loops throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Systematize implementations by diligently following existing playbooks and actively contributing to the development of templates, checklists, and automation that enhance implementation quality and efficiency over time.
- Triage and resolve issues efficiently during implementation, accurately diagnosing common technical challenges, escalating when necessary with full context, and coordinating effectively with Support or Engineering as appropriate.
- Gather and meticulously document client goals and feedback, connecting them directly to implementation work and translating these learnings into actionable insights for product and process improvements.
- Provide clear and thorough handoffs to the Customer Success Manager and Sales Representative, detailing status, configuration decisions, open risks, and essential next steps for ongoing success.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or consulting, ideally within CRM or customer-facing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools, and a deep understanding of how customers leverage them to operate their businesses.
- Excellent project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects, maintain clear timelines, and communicate status and risks effectively.
- Comfort and proficiency with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, data imports/exports, data mapping, and basic data cleanup (e.g., CSV/Excel).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, relatable language for non-technical users and executive stakeholders.
- A customer-first mindset, characterized by empathy, patience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and calm, confident, non-defensive communication-even in escalated situations.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with Zapier, real estate technology platforms (e.g., YLOPO, IDX websites), and other common real estate integrations.
