Department of Medicine - Infectious Diseases

Job Description

The Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Missouri School of Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Infectious Diseases physician to join our expanding academic infectious diseases program.

Our division includes more than eight infectious diseases physicians delivering comprehensive care throughout mid-Missouri. Whether you are finishing fellowship or bringing years of experience, you'll join a collaborative team committed to outstanding patient care, education, and clinical excellence.

The role includes outpatient clinics, virtual care and inpatient consults in our general infectious diseases and orthopedic infectious diseases services. Clinical work is done alongside fellows, residents, and medical students, with daily teaching opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Board certified/Board eligible in Infectious Diseases

Candidates will be evaluated on: exemplary clinical skills, interest in clinical and/or basic science research, and a strong interest in teaching.
