We partner with our clients to build exceptional teams that drive groundbreaking projects and deliver impactful results, fostering an environment where talent thrives and makes a tangible difference.

Are you a visionary leader passionate about transforming complex challenges into elegant, automated solutions? We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role where you will spearhead the "agentification" of critical workflows, dramatically enhancing operational efficiency and product performance. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your expertise in systems design and cutting-edge agentic solutions to drive innovation, optimize offerings, and directly shape the future of our client's products and operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the "agentification" of workflows, applying advanced systems design principles to automate manual processes and convert operational bottlenecks into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Utilize agentic solutions to proactively monitor product performance, identify critical areas for improvement, and optimize feature offerings to achieve unparalleled operational efficiency.
  • Drive products through their entire lifecycle, from initial pilot phases to successful final delivery, overseeing both technical execution and business operations.
  • Apply your deep knowledge of web technologies, systems design, and data analysis to achieve key product outcomes, including enhancing feature offerings, designing impactful launch programs, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring seamless integrations.
  • Translate intricate operational issues into innovative technology solutions, such as automating manual processes to significantly reduce human error and boost overall efficiency across product lines and business verticals.
  • Play a crucial role in improving existing operations and commercializing new solutions, guiding new initiatives from their conceptualization through to successful deployment in close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Global Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Review and validate product requirement documents (PRDs), ensuring product specifications meet the diverse needs of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate program-level execution activities, expertly anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, managing escalations, prioritizing projects and resources, balancing business needs against technical constraints, and ensuring successful product deployments and efficient long-term operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products, including ongoing communications, stakeholder management, and comprehensive project oversight.
  • Ensure product readiness, identify potential gaps, and influence product roadmaps to guarantee the best possible customer and partner experience.
  • Foster strong collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing), effectively managing escalations, requirements, and feedback while advocating for stakeholder needs in internal discussions.
  • Explore alternatives and constraints for complex customer or partner problems, utilizing analytics and metrics to design, pitch, and assess the impact of potential product or tool solutions, always considering the impact of design on user experience.
  • Share insights and potential solutions with internal teams, and conduct thorough data analysis using success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback and metrics analysis, communicating these effectively to internal teams and contributing technically to their resolution through developing, validating, and documenting new features and solutions.
