Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Haverhill, MA
Employment Type: Temp to Direct
Industry: Semi-conductor
Compensation: $21-$26/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am to 2:30pm

We are seeking a skilled electromechanical Assembler with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on assembly experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling complex mechanical and electromechanical equipment to precise quality and workmanship standards. What You'll Do:
  • Assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate builds
  • Perform assembly tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards
  • Conduct leak testing and work with semiconductor equipment or vacuum systems as required
  • Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, applying problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies
  • Utilize SAP and Lean/5S principles to support efficient, organized production processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with facility standards
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks and lift up to 50lbs. as needed throughout a shift
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet build schedules and specifications
Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of electromechanical assembly experience required
What Sets You Apart:
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications
  • Experience assembling complex mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards
  • Experience with leak testing, semiconductor equipment, or vacuum systems is a plus
  • SAP experience and Lean/5S knowledge preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50lbs. and perform repetitive assembly work
  • Interest in developing new skills and growing within the organization
