This role is responsible for assembling complex mechanical and electromechanical equipment to precise quality and workmanship standards. What You'll Do: Assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate builds Perform assembly tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards Conduct leak testing and work with semiconductor equipment or vacuum systems as required Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, applying problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies Utilize SAP and Lean/5S principles to support efficient, organized production processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with facility standards Perform repetitive assembly tasks and lift up to 50lbs. as needed throughout a shift Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet build schedules and specifications Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 3+ years of electromechanical assembly experience required What Sets You Apart: Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications Experience assembling complex mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards Experience with leak testing, semiconductor equipment, or vacuum systems is a plus SAP experience and Lean/5S knowledge preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50lbs. and perform repetitive assembly work Interest in developing new skills and growing within the organization Additional Information: After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
