What You'll Do:
  • Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations on modules, boards, panels, frames, cables, drawers, and other assemblies.
  • Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
  • Complete wiring, cable harnessing, component installation, and hand soldering activities.
  • Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and system-level assemblies.
  • Perform basic electrical testing, inspections, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Execute rework and refurbishment tasks on hardware and systems as required.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and work order records.
  • Support quality, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production assembly, electromechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience performing wiring, cable assembly, cable harnessing, component installation, or hand soldering.
  • 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs.
  • 2+ years of experience using measuring equipment and performing inspections within a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing production tracking systems or work order management systems.
  • Knowledge of component polarity, inspection criteria, and manufacturing quality standards.
  • Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
