Schedules



  • Standard

    Hours:
    9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (includes a

    1-hour paid lunch break).
  • Additional

    Availability:
    Flexibility to work on

    weekdays before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM, and on weekends as needed

    (particularly during peak season from February to August, with

    compensatory time off managed at the discretion of management). Occasional

    travel required mainly for corporate sales and training purposes.

bilingual dedicated to assisting corporate clients and expatriates. They

provide structured, full-time employment stability with fixed compensation,

company-covered business expenses, and opportunities for performance-based

incentives and bonuses.

The

Relocation Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving corporate sales and

delivering comprehensive relocation support. This position combines

client-facing consulting services with proactive business development to

support expatriates and corporate accounts.

Essential

Duties and Responsibilities include but not are limited to:



  • Providing

    comprehensive relocation services to clients, primarily expatriates, while

    conducting active sales outreach and visiting corporate clients.
  • Conducting

    web consultations with clients prior to their relocation to understand

    needs and establish service plans.
  • Assisting

    clients in finding, evaluating, and viewing properties, including

    introducing nearby neighborhoods and local amenities.
  • Providing

    thorough destination information and complete settle-in services.
  • Building

    professional relationships and negotiating lease terms with property

    owners and management companies.
  • Reviewing

    contract details carefully and supporting clients throughout the entire

    move-in process.
  • Planning

    and conducting informational seminars to attract potential clients and

    generate business leads.
  • Utilizing

    personal vehicle for business-related travel when necessary (IRS mileage

    reimbursement provided).
  • Performing

    other duties as assigned by the Manager.


Qualifications

Required



  • Valid

    Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business use.
  • Proficiency

    in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general

    computer literacy.
  • Strong

    interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional

    proficiency in both Japanese and English (business level).
  • Willingness

    and commitment to obtain the Michigan State Real Estate Salesperson

    License within the first three months of employment (licensing costs

    covered by the organization, barring exceptional circumstances).
  • Flexibility

    to work outside standard business hours, including early mornings,

    evenings, and weekends when operational demands require.


Preferred



  • Active

    Real Estate Salesperson License.
  • Prior

    work experience within the real estate industry, corporate sales, and/or

    customer service sectors.


The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Depending on the position, benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement and savings plans; paid holidays and time off; supplemental insurance; and additional wellness or incentive programs.
