You Are: UST is searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology initiatives across the ecosystem, with a strong focus on the TriZetto FACETS Core Administration Platform. The opportunity: * Lead multiple concurrent projects involving FACETS application development, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production support * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations * Facilitate project planning, sprint reviews, release management, and executive status reporting * Establish project governance, delivery metrics, and reporting mechanisms * Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and strategic goals * Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams * Manage cross-functional teams operating in onshore/offshore delivery models * Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and healthcare business partners * Drive executive communication and reporting This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: * 12+ years of IT industry experience * Minimum 5+ years of Healthcare Payer domain experience * Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development and support projects * Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations * Strong experience with TriZetto FACETS Core Administration Platform * Experience delivering Application Development Projects, System Upgrades & Modernization Programs, Application Support & Maintenance Initiatives, and Production Support Engagements * Healthcare Payer Domain Knowledge: * Deep understanding of Claims Processing * Deep understanding of Membership & Enrollment * Deep understanding of Provider Management * Deep understanding of Billing & Premium Management * Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements (preferred) * Required Skills: * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Excellent project planning, execution, and governance capabilities * Experience managing vendor and client relationships * Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management expertise * Technical Project Leadership * Program Governance & Reporting * Executive Communication * Agile Delivery Management * Strategic Planning & Execution * Team Leadership & Coaching * Healthcare Payer Domain Expertise * Client Relationship Management * Certifications & Tools (Preferred): * PMP Certification * Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent) * Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar delivery management tools Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Washington Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
