Description Position Overview The Research & Development Engineering Intern supports the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of products and processes. This role provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, analyze data, and contribute to innovation initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment. Responsibilities Assist engineers with product design, prototyping, testing, and validation activities for new and existing products. Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support research, product development, and continuous improvement projects. Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including test plans, reports, specifications, and work instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to evaluate and implement design improvements. Participate in problem-solving activities, root cause investigations, and innovation projects while applying engineering principles and industry best practices. Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, material science, or a related technical field; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software tools preferred.
