Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am Are your skills not being fully utilized? This is a potential to hire position for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Machine Operator Responsibilities: - Set-up equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques to die-cut quality boxes - Inspect all tooling before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made - Assist Machine Operator in the operation of machines, ensuring efficiency and the production of quality products - Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups Requirements for Machine Operator: - High School Diploma or GED - At least one year of machining experience - Previous experience in the corrugated, folding carton, printing, or similar industry preferred - Ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for set-up and run speeds - Excellent attendance record IND102 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
