Position Title: CNC Machinist

Wage: $24.00 - $36.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 10-Hour Shifts

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer in Neenah, WI to set up, program, and operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills to manufacture high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience, blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

- Set up, program, and operate CNC machine tools to manufacture parts according to blueprints and specifications

- Edit and prove out CNC programs, including setting tool offsets, work coordinates, and compensation

- Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances

- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality

- Determine appropriate tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds for optimal production

- Create work instructions and setup documentation for new parts and processes

- Complete production records, tags, and required documentation accurately

- Maintain productivity, attendance, and quality standards

- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements

- Collaborate with team members to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve operations

Requirements for CNC Machinist:

- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience operating Vertical and Horizontal Mills

- Experience with CNC equipment such as Doosan, Mazak, Haas, or similar machines

- Proven ability to independently program CNC mills and make program edits as needed

- Strong blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret GD&T, specifications, and tolerances

- Knowledge of tooling selection, machining processes, and quality inspection procedures

- Ability to follow established quality and safety standards

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift

- Frequent use of hands for handling tools, controls, and materials

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally

- Strong visual acuity, including close vision, depth perception, and attention to detail

- Experience programming with Mastercam preferred

- Experience creating setup sheets and process documentation preferred

- Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience preferred
