General Summary: Join our team as aRespiratory Care Manager, providing operational and clinical leadership for respiratory care services. You will oversee daily operations, including staffing, productivity, workflow, and quality, while ensuring the delivery of safe, consistent, and patient-centered respiratory care. In this role, you will lead and develop respiratory care staff, oversee respiratory equipment and supplies, support staff education and competency, monitor operational performance and drive process improvements. You will also serve as a clinical resource and collaborate across teams to support regulatory compliance, service excellence, and continuity of care. We are looking for a collaborative, adaptable leader who communicates effectively, maintains high standards, and is comfortable leading in a growing and evolving home care environment. Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $41.88/hour - Maximum $73.31/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
