We are seeking an experienced Team Leader, Power Infrastructure & Distribution to lead and grow our Southwest regional practice spanning Texas through California. This senior leadership role is ideal for a Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and business development who is passionate about building teams, developing client relationships, and delivering complex power infrastructure projects. Reporting into the Energy leadership team, you willbe responsible forthe growth, technical excellence, and operational performance of a multidisciplinary team delivering power infrastructure solutions across utility, transportation, industrial, commercial, and public sector markets. The team provides services across power system studies, utility interconnections, electrical distribution systems, substations, protection and controls, infrastructure electrification, and integrated energy solutions.
