What You'll Do: Reads and follows assembly prints, schematics, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications. Performs set-up and programming of automated SMT pick and place machines to manufacture PC Boards to meet production and performance standards. Operates reflow oven, screen printer, and stencil cleaner Performs touch-up soldering as needed. Keeps accurate and up-to-date records. Participates in troubleshooting and problem solving. Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor, and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels. Interfaces with others to communicate issues, troubleshoot failures, and maintain a high standard of quality and repeatability in processes, products, and machinery Other duties as assigned Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 1+ year experience programming and operating SMT automated pick and place equipment.
