As the Lead Brand Ambassador, you'll own every aspect of the demonstration event from samples and equipment to staffing and logistics. You'll guide and train demonstration personnel on-site, keeping the management informed with event updates as needed. You'll inspire the team to build brand awareness, clearly communicate the brand's unique value, drive product trial, and boost sales on demo days all while actively demonstrating the product yourself.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 21 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 4 - 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
