Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to analyze data, inventory trends, and operational reports to support business decisions.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 year of supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, production planning, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, food distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, production scheduling, and transportation coordination.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments to meet customer demand and operational goals.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and operations teams.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to resolving issues.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and analyzing data.
  • Frequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through email.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting files or materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to review reports, inventory data, and product information with accuracy.


Job Duties



  • Coordinate inventory allocation and product planning to support customer orders and minimize waste through proper FIFO inventory rotation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify aging inventory, product shortages, and low-demand SKU risks.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, Ripening, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with production planning, inventory positioning, and replenishment activities across distribution centers.
  • Communicate product availability, inventory concerns, and fulfillment updates to Sales and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate transportation schedules, customer pickups, and carrier deliveries based on product readiness.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Help ensure customer demand is met while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and service excellence.
