Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. Ability to follow directions and safety procedures. Experience Requirements Previous driving, vehicle handling, parking attendant, lot attendant, valet, or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light-duty trucks. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track vehicle locations. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an auction, dealership, transportation, logistics, or vehicle lot environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit and drive vehicles throughout the shift. Ability to frequently walk across large parking lots and vehicle storage areas. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and repeatedly enter and exit vehicles. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely perform repetitive physical activities during the workday. Job Duties Drive and move vehicles safely throughout the auction and vehicle lot. Park, stage, and organize vehicles in designated locations. Locate vehicles for auction events, customer pickup, and transportation needs. Assist with vehicle line-up and auction preparation. Verify vehicle keys, paperwork, and identifying information. Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and inventory. Assist customers, drivers, and auction staff as needed. Follow all company safety policies, traffic rules, and lot procedures. Keep vehicle staging and parking areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
