Job Title: Wireless Module Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months


Overview

The Wireless Module Engineer will drive the development of wireless modules from early architecture definition through mass-production ramp. This role requires strong RF fundamentals, organization skills, and the ability to collaborate to understand risks and drive proper courses of action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive configs definition, track hardware changes, coordinate builds, and manage associated POs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners (including international teams) to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Track issues, identify root cause, and drive resolution.
  • Analyze electrical build data, identify issues, and drive corrections.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external test partners to ensure quality and performance standards are met.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies.
  • Program management experience.
  • Proven problem-solving and system optimization skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of wireless module development experience from early concept to MP for consumer electronic devices.
  • Additional experience in packaging, product engineering, ATE, and reliability engineering is highly desirable.
  • Experienced in managing vendor teams and leading cross-time-zone meetings.
  • Very good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with wireless module manufacturing flows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive corrective actions.
  • Experience in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures while communicating risks with prioritization.
