The Content Management Supervisor provides strategic leadership for the enterprise content and records management program, driving initiatives that enhance governance, standardization, and digital transformation. This role is accountable for shaping and executing a forward-looking content strategy that ensures compliance, safeguards data integrity, and maximizes the effectiveness of content management systems. The position also reinforces enterprise-wide governance practices to support consistency, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. POSITION DIMENSIONS Directly leads and develops a team of up to five professionals, driving performance and influencing cross-functional outcomes beyond direct reporting lines. Manages a budget of up to $2M, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and capital investment objectives. Collaborates with Supervisors, Managers, and Directors across corporate and divisional operations to execute key initiatives and optimize business performance. Serves as a primary liaison to regulatory agencies, industry partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and fostering strong external relationships. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, with a strong emphasis on content and records management. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is required, along with demonstrated proficiency in professional writing, including letters, reports, and business communications. Candidates should have a working knowledge of content management practices, records retention policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations. The role requires advanced technical proficiency, including experience with databases, enterprise systems, and standard business applications. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt messaging to a variety of audiences. Proven facilitation skills are essential, including the ability to lead meetings, guide group discussions, and achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data; develop clear, concise reports and spreadsheets; and create actionable plans and executive-level summaries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, action-oriented, and able to follow through on feedback to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
