Job Highlights
  • Manage and expand assigned strategic customer accounts, driving profitable growth through commercial execution, account planning, contract negotiations, pricing management, and identification of new opportunities across the PLA portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that increase customer penetration, strengthen relationships across procurement, technical, operations, and management functions, and support long term business growth.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights related to industry trends, competitive activity, product applications, and demand forecasts. Communicate findings to regional and global commercial teams to support business strategy.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement, value-based selling, product evaluations, trials, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure accurate forecasting, successful project execution, and high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Build and maintain executive and operational customer relationships while providing regular account reviews, sales forecasts, and performance updates to business leadership.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market developments, supporting strategic decisions through analysis of customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; business, chemistry, engineering or related discipline preferred. MBA beneficial. Requires 7-10 years of relevant sales, commercial, or technical experience, including experience managing key customer relationships and complex negotiations.
  • 7 - 10 years relevent work experience
