Position Title: Assembly
Wage: $18.00 - $19.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd, 12 Hour Days or 12 Hour Nights Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday), 3:00pm - 1:00am (Monday - Thursday), 5:00am - 5:00pm (Friday - Sunday) or 5:00pm - 5:00am (Friday - Sunday) Reached a dead end at your current job? Assembly Responsibilities: - Perform quality check on finished parts - Safely use and operate hand tools, power tools, or equipment to assemble parts - Assist with loading and unloading parts from conveyor to totes - Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production personnel - Assist in maintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to company procedures - Maintain an organized work area and ensure equipment is properly handled and stored - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and inspection processes Requirements for Assembly: - High School diploma or equivalent - Basic understanding of quality systems and procedures - Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods - Able to lift or move up to 40lbs occasionally - Frequent use of hands for tool handling, fine measurement, and computer data entry - Able to read, write, verbally communicate in English - Able to follow verbal and written instructions - Able to communicate effectively with team and supervisors - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
