The Executive Director of Nursing, Institute for Brain Protection Sciences provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing services within the assigned hospital department. This role ensures high-quality, evidenced based patient care by overseeing clinical standards, staffing, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives. Working closely with physician and administrative leaders, the Executive Director drives departmental performance, strengthens care delivery processes, and supports organizational goals. This leader develops nursing talent, promotes accountability, and advances a culture of continuous improvement to achieve strong patient outcomes and an excellent care experience.
This position serves as the highest nursing leader within the institute and functions as part of a triad leadership model alongside the administrative executive director and physician leader. Salary Range: Minimum $192,002.00/annually - Maximum $231,763.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
